Each interaction with a user allows the chatbot to draw contextual elements from the Breeb, leading to more precise responses and fewer inaccuracies. This integration also allows users to access the sources that inform the response.

For the time being, Google Drive is the go-to stage for your Breeb's performance. If your documents are taking a nap on other cloud services, you'll need to move them over to Google Drive to bring them into the spotlight. 📁

There are three things to consider: the total number of files, the total size of the documents in megabytes (MB) and the total text length in characters. As of today, the limits are 50 files max, 500MB and 6 million characters, but stay tuned, we are working on increasing these ! 📈

If you go over the character limit, your Breeb creation may fail, or stop while not having distilled all the documents.

Currently, a Breeb can contain up to 50 documents due to technical limitations. If you need more, consider combining your documents. This way, you can keep all your important information in one place! 📚🔗

The creation process can take anywhere from a few seconds to 10-15 minutes, depending on the complexity of your Breeb. If it's succesfully created, it will automaticcaly appear in Breebs directory (order by Newcomers). In case of issue, we will try to solve it, check again in one or two days.⏳

Updating your Breeb will be released in a few weeks!
So it's not yet here, but you will just have to upload a new version of the document to the same Google Drive folder, add new files, or delete the ones you no longer need. Your Breeb will refresh with the new information.

Coming Soon ! Breebs aren't updated in real-time yet; But soon they will refresh regularly, ranging from a few minutes to about a day. The refresh rate will be tailored for each Breeb and can vary based on the Breeb's size, its popularity, content, and our server load. ⏲️🔄

To delete a Breeb, simply delete the Google Drive folder containing the documents or remove the sharing link. It's as straightforward as that! 🗑️🚫

If you're looking to substantially change the purpose and content of a Breeb, your best bet is to create a new one. This ensures that each Breeb remains consistent and true to its original intent. 🌟
